Gift Certificate FAQ
Gift Certificates can be purchased through our website in denominations of $50. Simply select Gift Certificates from the Shop navigation menu, select the denomination you wish to send and then Add To Bag. Your Gift Certificate purchase amount will be credited to your FragranceUP account for you to send to the recipient at your convenience.

Normal shipping charges will be applicable to all Gift Certificate purchases.
FragranceUP is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate account, please log into your account and click on the "Send Gift Certificate" link - once there you can send the Gift Certificate to anyone via e-mail.
- The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to
- The e-mail address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to
- The $ amount you want to send
- Your personal message to the recipient
- Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate account, you can use those funds to purchase any items in our store. At checkout, an extra box will appear. Check this box to apply those funds in your Gift Certificate account to your order total.
Please Note: You will still have to select an additional payment method if there are not enough funds in your Gift Certificate account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate account for future use.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by e-mail, it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with a personal message from them. The e-mail will also contain an Gift Certificate number. Please be sure to print out this e-mail for future reference.
You can now redeem your Gift Certificate in two ways:
- By clicking on the link contained within the e-mail. This will take you to the store's Redeem Certificate page. You will the be requested to create an account to validate the Gift Certificate and place the funds in your Gift Certificate account, ready to spend on anything you choose.
- During the checkout process, on the shopping cart page, you will see an "Enter Gift Certificate Code" box. Simply enter the Gift Certificate number from your e-mail there, and click the checkout button. The code will automatically be validated and added to your Gift Certificate account. The amount of your Gift Certificate balance can then be applied to your order.

How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send a Gift Certificate page accessed through "My Account". When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following:
Please Note: You do not have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to make changes before the e-mail is actually sent.
