Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6.00% is added to all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Pennsylvania.
Payment Options
FragranceUP.com accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo, Google Checkout, and Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. If you feel more comfortable ordering over the phone please contact us at 888-7-FRAGUP.
International Orders
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only.
APO/FPO Orders
We do accept orders to APO/FPO addresses where possible. If we are unable to ship to your specific location for any reason we will notify you immediately.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from FragranceUP.com. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.
How To Order
We strive to make ordering at FragranceUP.com as quick and easy as possible. When you've found your fragrance or other product, click on the buy button and follow the instructions below:
Review shopping cart
When you click on a buy button you are taken to the shopping cart page. Here, you can update the quantity of your item or remove unwanted items. You will also be able to see any other products that you have placed in your shopping cart. You may continue to shop and return later to checkout by clicking on the Keep Shopping link. When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button.
Check out
You are now in the Checkout section. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information, shipping method, and any promotion codes. We will automatically validate your address information against the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information.
Review
The Review page is where you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. When you are finished, click on Send Order.
Confirmation
When you reach the Confirmation page your checkout is complete. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number.
Promotion Codes (coupons)
FrangrancUP.com promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process on the payment page. Simply enter your promotion code and continue through the checkout process. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary. We do not except multiple coupon codes.
