FragranceUP.com has an automated order processing system, which is directly integrated with the warehouse. Thus, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. Please contact us at orders@fragranceUP.com if you have any questions.
Returns
We accept returns from our customers for up to 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.
All shipping costs incurred when returning the product will not be covered by FragranceUP.com.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all returned merchandise. If free shipping was offered on the original order that will be reimbursed to FragranceUp.com.
If FragranceUP.com is at fault for shipping incorrect items we will cover the return shipping cost.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons.
If your package is returned to FragranceUP.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be charged the cost of the return. If you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $4.99 re-shipping fee.
Return Instructions (RMA’s)
You must login into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Select the order that contains the desired return item and then select the desired item. Select reason for returning the item, enter quantity, and other relevant comments.
Once FragranceUP.com receives your RMA request we will review and process. An email will be sent with the RMA which will contain a shipping label. You will be able to view the status of your RMA in your account page at fragranceup.com
All returns must be shipped using a courier that can be tracked (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
